Re: one of my shops :)

I don't see why it couldn't be. I'm sure a script could be written to handle it.

And yes, a VA being the easy answer. Mainly because of customer service.

hello again.
im wanna make clear few points.
1. this post is not to show off - i mean it is a ****ing forum so, no one knows me. i just wanted to give some motivation to you guys - nothing bad on that.
2. i have 5 more stores, some bigger some smaller.
3. this specific store is under management of ebay so every problem (vero, tm) they talk with me and alert me before they take action.
4. i dont see anything wrong to do dropshipping, actuelly i think this is the best and the easiest way to earn some money on ebay.
5. im working on 11.5% profit, i do have returns, i do have cases, but is part of the work :)
6. im almost automatic - monitoring the stocks, automatic orders, even automatic listings upload (im working in bulk system). i also have a VA for costumer service.

7. im here to learn some new things :)

That's awesome!

I have a friend dropshipping doing upwards of 50k a month with help from a couple VAs but otherwise fully automated. He's opening more stores and working on scaling further. It's fun to watch.

Is 10% typical for drop shipping? I'm not well versed in the strategy but the few I've seen seem to all be doing roughly the same profit margins

How are returns handled in drop shipping? From my understanding, you take delivery of the returns personally, correct? Not shipped back to the drop shipper

every one working with they own strategys - i know guys that working on 15% profit on amazon to ebay i know guys that working on 1%.
about the returns - im prime user on amazon - so the shipping and everthing its on them on the return. the just provide me a label and im providing that label to the costumer on ebay. that work is actuelly my va doing.

That's a neat system you've got. :)

Ah! THat's definitely one of the most reliable shipping sources.

But don't you have to pay extra fees from amazon though if you buy from there? So You have to raise the original cost on the eBay side to offset that?

I am in love with those numbers. Honestly when I see big numbers like that I get inspired. Hope you break that million bro!
I am looking into dropshipping myself ATM, mainly because it can be scaled!

That would be my one question to the OP - why haven't they scaled? Open more stores etc.

He mentioned he has 5 more stores. This guy is a machine! How long did it take for it to become sustainable?

I did see the post he mentioned he had 5 stores. But if he repeats the setup process, he could double the number of stores very easily. His neat setup shouldn't inhibit him in any way.
