If the paypal was never limited, I don't see why he can't just create a new paypal with same info. They won't care and ebay won't know...right?

It would be similar to creating a new bank account. You are using your same info, just need new account numbers / email in the case of paypal.

You should be using a prepaid card, not a real one. You can register the name and address on the prepaid card to be whatever you want.

You could open a new account, but if it's a bank that accepts mismatched name deposits it won't really matter.

You can refer to previous threads to see what banks accept mismatched name transfers, or ask at your bank. Probably better to just research the threads, no reason to stir up your bank. :)
