Paypal transactions

Hello first of all i want to thank yall I learned alot if stuff in this forum. Today i have a question for people that dropship do you guys immediately use the funds on paypal received when a customer buy an item or do you guys let it sit in your paypal and use you own money to purchase the item on another site.because sometimes paypal put a hold on the funds
