At what point is a stealth account healthy?
 

I know 90 days after your first sale is a big milestone.

What else is there?

35 feedbacks or 35 sales? Is the number different?

I am just trying to know the major milestones to get past for each account.

The only milestone is when you start getting instant payments, and I guess if you get invited into Concierge you could consider your account stronger.

Then if you pass something like $500k in a year you'll have to sign a processing agreement with Visa/MC/Discover/AE.

As far as I'm aware there's no point where a certain feedback or dollar amount strengthens your account. 1mil+ feedback accounts go down all the time.

90 days after the first sale removes category limits or am I wrong?

It's not a sure thing but it's usually 90 days after your first sale in whatever category is restricted. I've had accounts where category limits remained in place for closer to 6 months though.

this is correct and if its not removed you can just call ebay they will remove

This could in theory happen, but I think someone who's running an account with 1mil+ in feedbacks has a ton of experience on how not to screw an account. I also think eBay would do their best to correct whatever mistakes that account's holder is doing in order to prevent a possible suspension.
