Firefox portable + using with Dropbox
 

I have about 4 laptops.
I wanted to use all.

Would it be a good idea to store Firefox Portable in directories and share these using Dropbox?

The only downside I could see is the reporting of different screen resolutions.
That might be deemed to be suspect?

Any thoughts?

Should be fine man. Nobody is checking screen resolutions for ebay...

@Leader2dark you're probably right.
the way i see it, it's just one more piece of information they CAN collect.
no harm in them collecting.
my thoughts were that it was similar to everything else - the evidence ONLY becomes incriminating when they put jigsaw pieces together.

like 2 IP address accessing ebay - could easily be 2 independent buyers/sellers.
so then then need more evidence against you before their dumb systems turn on the alarms.

so, if they've joined 5 dots to incriminate you... the screen resolution could be the straw that breaks the camels back?

(all of that is my newbie opinion - would love to be corrected by the more experienced guys)

People change screens all the time.. I use an external monitor half the time I connect to my accounts.

That said I do like this approach, using dropbox to sync firefox portable. That's awesome actually. I will try it.
