Somebody hacked my account and sells lots of items

Hello.
Someone hacked into my ebay account and sells the goods at very low prices.
I can not do anything because the password and login are changed. When I tried to recover the password they asked me some secret questions but my answers did not fit.
Already, the name and email and phone number on my account have been changed. I do not know what to do with this.
Can someone help? What do I need to do to return my account?
