How to Send Return Label Electronically
 

Hey fellow ebayers! So I am wondering if theres a way to email an electronic copy of a return label to a customer instead of mailing it. I use a Dymo Laser printer with Dazzle. Is there a way to do it?

I'm wondering if I print the label and take a photo of each part and email it to them.

People mail return labels? That has to be slow as hell!

I've been emailing them for years. Maybe I've misunderstood your question, though...

Yea I just took a photo of them and emailed them to the buyer. I used to just mail them the label. I was't sure if there would be an issue with it from taking a photo of the original label.

You can always print the label to .pdf, email them that.

It's really easy to do with stamps.com or shipstation software..

Better to do what MM78 mentioned. Print to pdf. Super easy.

By doing the take photo, by the time they print it out, stick it on a package, the barcodes may no longer be legible for scanning. Therefore prone to getting lost in post.
