PROFESSIONAL Assistance Needed!! "Complex Question"
 

Hi

My names Warrith and I have a question in regards to a stealth Ebay and paypal account I have. My ebay account was doing really well and now has reached a limit of 75,000 items/$2,000,000 in sales per month. Soon after there was some tax discrepancies with paypal and later the paypal account linked to this ebay account was permanently limited. Again the ebay account is still in good standing. I checked my paypal account after some time and it seems the permanent suspension/limitation was lifted but they were still requesting a w9 form with my correct information.

Now, I have a second paypal account on the same ip that has my real information and I've deposited money to it from other stealth paypal accounts and there hasnt been any problem.

What I would like to do is use my real paypal account with this before mentioned stealth Ebay account to take advantage of the large selling limits and maybe just possibly close the paypal account thats requesting the w9 information.

1. Closing a PayPal doesn't do anything, PayPal will still have all the information stored forever.

2. Adding a new PayPal that's been used with the same IP will not last too long, eventually it will get shutdown, when? no clue but you have a high risk of it happening.

^Yup.

Merchant account is the only guaranteed long term solution, but a merchant account will kill your sales.

Agreed with both the above.

Start over and do it right.

Can you get a W9 with the correct info?

I can but it requests a signature. I can fill out everything until I get to the signature. I once heard that you can have your accountant sign there, or in other words it doesn't have to be you. Not sure how that would work out.

My sales are already dead lol. They cant be killed any more. Ill look into acquiring a merchant account. Do you think its worth it tho, a merchant account if you dont really make much money?
