Message when trying to list ‘email address cannot be used ....’
 

Hi all,

‘Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time‘ is a message I’m getting when clicking list on my stealth.

Stealth is now about 8-10 months old and was working fine. Not used it in about 6 months but have continued to pay for my static ip etc. Account is all in working order from what I can see.
I’ve not use the account to do anything untoward I only bought it because I could not use eBay anymore and have only sold the odd few things I don’t see any reason why it shouldn’t work anymore. I did get one neg feedback months ago as a customer didn’t receive their goods but this was resolved and that’s it??

Is this PayPal the same PayPal as created with the eBay or is a new PayPal? Or one previously linked to a banned eBay?

It’s the same PayPal that I was provided with and have used with the staff account. It’s the same PayPal that I was provided with and have used with the stealth account . i’ve not altered or done anything I do wonder has it got something to do with verifying the PayPal?

It pretty much means your paypal is not good.
