Mobile devices

I had an old ebay account (account A) which got suspended. I usually used the eBay app in that old phone (phone A) to login that account (account A).

I have created a new stealth eBay account (account B) recently. Can I just delete and installed the app in phone A to login account B?

Or should I buy a new phone to login account B? Should I change the IP of the mobile for account B ?

No, apps give away too much information about your phone, including hardware number which can't be changed easily. Don't use the app. Use a mobile browser.

You should also get eBay Stealth if you haven't already, this is answered along with hundreds of other common questions. Save yourself sometime.
