Buyer on ebay trying to grab my item.
 

Hi All,
I sold one used item on ebay for $345. I shipped the item about 2 week late from my country. Buyer initiated case saying that he did not receive the item, the item was in transit.The item was trackable but was unexpected delay in delivery. Ebay refunded the payment. After 4 days of the refund, the buyer received the item.Now buyer says that item is not as clean as pictured in the listing. He insisted on paying 250, I agreed and said him to pay $250. He never paid me 250 and now was not answering my emails. What should I do?

I do not think there is anything you could do other than threaten him that you would report the issue to police. If the buyer still ignores you, I do not think you can do anything. Calling eBay or PayPal may work but highly unlikely

It is op's fault but he deserve to get the item back before refund

Thank you for the replies, I am outside USA, how can I report to police? Is there any way to report to paypal or ebay, please?

There is no point. Its over man. You screwed up shipping late. No way in hell he will mail it back to another country.

Can I start a case with ebay against the buyer?Or report to ebay?

Maybe you should offer him a collection of the item from his address.

Weird situation. I filed an item not received case recently, and the minute that the seller uploaded tracking, the case automatically closed. This was the message they sent...

"We received tracking information from the seller that shows the item was delivered to your address or will be arriving shortly"

I think there is misunderstand about what op wrote ...

Did you shipped goods 2 week later after you got the payment ?

Or buyer got the goods that you sent after 2 weeks of payment ?

Buyer's country ?
If you dont mind what was the goods ?

Don't hold me to this but now there's proof of delivery you should win an appeal.

Totally agreed .
However depends on how many days took for final delivery to destination.
If seller had a delivery option for 3days delivery but parcel was delivered in 15 days then this is a serious minus on case's appeal.

So its a key point to understand on how many days after payment goods has been delivered to buyer.

Also a good's description is important .

Then Follow these steps through ebay under your loosen case .

Grab your chances to get back your funds.

So sorry about that.
It means that 30 days has been passed already !
Never act so late again m8.
Take it as a good lesson this adventure and leave it behind ..

Why don't you go straight to paypal and appeal on there they should let you appeal.

Based on what OP has stated, the case has been handled by eB.

OP has not stated much about PP (According to OP's flag of Pakistan, PP doesn't operate in Pakistan last I check)
