Calling In For Limit Increase
 

How long should one wait before calling Ebay about getting a limit increase? I have gone since April 6th without a limit increase. My listings value is always in the 'red', always pushing the maximum allowed.

This is a stealth account so I am leery about calling up, but if I can't grow the account what good is it?

why not open more accounts then and spread your sales? much better solution then risking a call and more importantly putting all your eggs in one basket.

Have five Ebay accounts total right now, but one of them has been stagnating and I am trying to figure out what to do with it.

What I have seen from people I know is that they call monthly asking for a limit increase and usually they approve it.

Are you selling to your max monthly limits every month?

Yes, I cannot list anymore items. Actually had to remove some stuff because I exceeded my limit the other day.

Generally speaking as long as your prepare for the call with all your account information and prepared to talk about what your selling and supplier, calling to get an increase is not that tough

Surprised it's been so long since the last increase, but I think I will wait until the end of the month. If no increases by then, I will probably end up calling.

As long as there are no public record questions, should be easy enough.

Indeed, should be easy. But you might be unlucky for some reps nowadays really ask public records, and leave notes to your account, which is kinda risky to do the calling.
