Can eBay see or know my Name on Credit Card?
 

In doing eBay “identity verification” step, can I use my Real credit card?

(But cc name will be different from eBay name)

Can ebay see my Name on the credit card? And know that I’m the person got suspended before?

They can only see the name you enter when you fill the details in.

That's not your issue though. Your card may not be accepted if its AVS, unless your card billing address, and ebay address match.

eBay can only see the name you GIVE them...they have no way of seeing the real name on the cc....

I have used my real cc for a stealth account - just making sure address is registered to stealth address and my stealth name works fine

So when filling in the CC detail, what Name should I enter? eBay name (eg. Mary Chan) or CC name (eg Chan Xx Yy) ?

If enter eBay name, CC may not accept and cannot Pass. If enter CC name, then eBay will know my real name and matches the name as the suspended one?

So I should rather use Entropay (typed same name as eBay name) topped up with my real CC? Sounds the best way?

I’m from HK, is it under AVS? What does it mean?

I wanna buy a VCC here, but no one replies to sell me.

Entropay still works for me - always use name on eBay.

I don't know if HK uses AVS (Address Verification System) - that question can be checked with google.

For VCC buying, perhaps it's weekend so ...sellers may be slow to reply

Really, it's so much easier to purchase a prepaid VISA or MC, and put an address on it that matches your EB account. Why make this so complicated?

You would need to use the name on the PP account

No one can see names on a CC. All they can see is if the address matches or not

I'm sure they have some variant of a gift card with a VISA or MC logo pretty much everywhere in the modern world.
