Does using the report listing option actually do anything?

I see some people with major violations ranging from listing practices to bootleg or illegal products.

Does hitting the report button and filling one out actually do anything?

why spend time and energy on them? Why not use all that energy to mind your business so it becomes a lot more successful?

It works, but only if the reporter has a stronger account than the reportee. If you're running a 6 month old account with 10FB you shouldn't expect to get listings taken down from Best Buy's eBay store.

Never worked for me. Plus I have too many things to do on my own to be reporting other people's listings.

Sure can do, but generally I just tend to stick to minding my own business and not worry too much about other peoples
