Question about stealth

If one's shipments are boxes and NOT envelopes, how would one ship items when all your packages have various stealth names? Is it a problem? Do they ID you at the post office when you're dropping off the mail at the front desk? I also heard that there're some larger drop off locations for packages but I am not too sure.

Thanks!

I have not been IDed for shipping packages in the USA or in Canada. You would only need to fill out paperwork if you are declaring insurance or need tracking.

What are you worried about? Are you shipping risky stuff?

You are dropping packages off, not picking up.....

Use software and ship under your own company. No need to have all different return addresses and names.

Absolutely not. I was just curious how it'd look if you're dropping off packages in various names.

Can I just make the same return address on all of my EB accounts? Software is impractical in my situation and I don't have my own company yet.

Cover the return address on the label with a sticker using your name and address. I did that for years. Works perfectly.

Stamps.com is like $17 a month. They don't care about your company, and you can use any return address. Why isn't that practical?

I hope you are not paying stamps $17.00 a month..... really no reason to pay them anything ever. If you use a shipping software, stamps is free no matter what. Also, you can get stamps free just by signing up for the free trail and then cancel. They dont close the account and you dont pay a service fee for them doing nothing more than they do for free..

All of mine have the same PO BOX return addresses.

How do I cover it? Is there a way to print smaller stickers for that? Any info appreciated.

Software is impractical for me, since I only get 2-3 shipments per EB account.

Re: Question about stealth

I used my label printer to print a 4x6 sheet with the info, and then scissors to cut it into about 20 smaller stickers. Then I'd just stick them it over the return address on the label.
