Broken item protection

I just recently sold an xbox360 to a buyer who just told me that the system has the RROD (Ring Ring Of Death) but I tested the system before I sent it and there was no problem I believe this a way to get the refund and keep the item.....is there anyway to protect myself againist a chargeback/dispute?

No what is going to happen is he is going to send you back a broken RROD 360 and get a refund - Sucks thats why I hate selling electronics on ebay - happended to me 3 times in a row with cellphones . . . even after submitting details including the IMEI (aka serial numbers) to the phones I recieved back and Supplier invoices that did not match those IMEI #'s . . . . Their is no such thing as seller protection on Paypal

you can send a rrod xbox back to them and get it exchanged frre of charge anyway .. i dont quite understand why he would try to pull a stunt like that
