Default Is there any way I can see when my stock sells out?

I'm getting stocks that sells out and I don't know what sells out from my seller dashboard. I have to manually check to see if it's not in my active listing. Is there somewhere I can look at when something sells out and below 0 stock?

If that happens a lot it may be a better idea to open an ebay shop. That way when stock hits 0, you just need to add more stock and it will reappear on search.

Log into your EB, go to 'all selling', chose 'active listings' and then on the upper right hand corner will be button that says something like 'customize display'. Click it, and one of the options is 'quantity'.

You can select to show 'quantity' and then when the 'active listings' display comes up, click on the 'quantity' so it shows the listings with lowest to highest quantities.

Adjust accordingly, so they never reach zero.

You could also do the same process with 'sold listings', look for the ones with zero quantity left, and renew them from there, but probably better to just never let them run out in the first place.
