can we violate copyrights twice every 3 months

Answer to this question is very important to me. Can we start to sell copyright items once the previous alert expire?

For example if i had two copyright alerts that ended last week, can i start selling now, and get another alert and still be fine? I mean as long as I have less than 3 in my eBay Policy Dashboard at any time, I will be fine? The alerts that has expires do they work against you any more?

Two or less is more accurate. 3rd one and you could lose the account. Although they are 'expired', the black mark is there. Depends on the items & other factors. I'd be going very easily. Didn't we talk about this in earlier posts?

oh yes. i am not relisting in the next month. can any ebay member report copyrights or it is only the copyright owner's right?

i am trying to find other problem free items to sell. this is giving me a lot of headache you know.

Any ebay member can make the report. A buyer. Another seller. Happens all the time. Competitors often play dirty pool in this manner. Some people keep separate 'buyer' ebay logins for exactly this purpose.

If you are dealing with legitimate goods, expect to be targeted by competitors and annoyed in a general sense. It's a part of life on ebay.

If you are dinking around with things you shouldn't be, I'd suggest you hurry up and find those problem free goods before you get arrested by the MIBs.
