Vero violations closing us!
 

Hey!

We have a major issue with Vero violation.
They have suspended our account 2x (7 days) + (30 days) currently.

We see other seller selling the same item...
Is there anything we missed? Does it have to do with picture and their EXIF information OR UPC?

Is there a guide for it or anyone we can get help from?

Welcome to the forum - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:

Forum is meant for getting back on ebay via stealth - for help selling "vero" stuff, that is pretty market specific - you can't deal with generalizations....many people do trial and error to see what works.

So many factors - up to you to say what you sell for specific discussion but keep in mind, many people might not want to share tips/tricks because it will affect their business.

So we sell amazon items..
Our systems don't show them as VERO however they other sellers are selling them and its okay.

We are so confused...
Currently they have given us a 30-day suspension.. We are crapping ourselves..

Do you think with another EIN we are able to open a paypal account? (We purchased the stealth book) but kinda hard to believe.

Are you selling fire tv products loaded with kodi. Then that’s your issue. Not that it’s amazon products.

We sell household items that other sellers sell on Amazon...

I suggest you open another account as a back up account because you’ve now had a 30 day suspension after that you’ll be suspended indefenatley so open another account build it up and then list your items that are causing vero issues, but change it around and I would also advise reading the stealth guide if you haven’t done so already.
