Why??
 

Hi Guys,

I recently set up a PP personal account and confirmed and verified it with U-ACCOUNT bank details and Master card gift card, no problems. I then created a personal Ebay account and when listing for the first time I entered my stealth details, but when I get to the Ebay billing agreement screen it takes me to Paypal and asks me to complete my card details. I enter the gift card details but it does nothing it does not accept or decline it just does nothing when I click add?

The point is when I have set up Ebay accounts previously at the Ebay billing stage I just used to select Paypal then log into Paypal and accept the terms and conditions and was then redirected back to Ebay where I could continue to list an item and was informed of what my selling allowance was.

Has Ebay changed their policy when setting up billing agreements?
