Promoted listings for who?
 

What's the exact criteria for who's eligible for promoted listings? I know ebay store subscribers are. What about TRS, people who have been active for 90d/1000$ sales, etc? eBay is not very clear cut in their help pages when I try to search for this

I opened a store when I created an account recently so I could use promoted listings, but now that the account is aging nicely and due for TRS status, Id like to cancel the subscription if its not needed. But I still want the promoted listings, if they're available via some means outside of ebay stores

Watch out what you wish for. I had a new account 5000/500,000 and sold a few items, then EBAY would pop up when I listed something and said for xx more I can be a sponsored listing, so I tried it and it worked awesome, so I would do it every other listing. Then bam sold a bunch and paypal IMMEDIATELY limited my stealth paypal, sent them legit info and permanently banned. So beware.

No, promoted listings are only available through a store subscription.

I do not have a store and had promoted listing for extra fee??

It's available to anyone with a store and/or any Top Rated seller now. At first it was only available to store subscribers. "Promoted Listings Lite" is available to anyone who uses the quick listing tool.
