Have just run an ebay promotional sale, however when it ran out, i went to run it again, but it did not run because of a price change ( the price change is from the previous sale) So now I have to wait two weeks to run the sale again.

This is not good, as otherwise the price is set too high, and may get the odd sale here or there.

Anyone else had this issue, i think it is an issue , i havent directly changed the price (manipulated the sale)

If you are changing prices to suit your sale, it would be deemed as manipulation, hence they have a 14 day wait if you change the price of an item before you can run a sale on that item. item is £10 , you put the price up to £20 , to runa 50% sale. So you are still selling it for £10 pounds. You would not be able to run the sale for 14 days
