Account cancelation sent Sept 07, and still not canceled?!

Hey guys whatsup

On september 07 i decided to close my ebay account for personal reasons and sent a request to cancel my account.

Yesterday i wanted to see if it was cancelled yet and it hasnt :confused:

Does anyone have any experience on how they closed their account? Because mine unfortunately takes longer than a year.
