Ok,

I sold an item I described it exactly as it was and sent the item with in time frame as stated.

Buyer receives item and said this was not as described and said it was broken.

I did not ship a broken item, I did not mention a return policy.

I gave the buyer some time to revise feedback to get a refund excluding shipping.

Did not do it in time I stated. Gets a dispute with paypal and ebay and steals my hard earned money/

Never provided me with any proof of what the member said is broken.

please help, I wont give a refund and I wont allow this, what can I do?

Did not request insurance.

I can not afford a refund, please, please im begging!

i don't think there is really anythign you can do except to take the return and issue refund. if the buyer has escalated the claim, payapl will make them return the item with delivery confirmation, once it has been returned, paypal issues them a refund.
sucks, i know.
