How does one get awarded a selling limit before listing an item?

25k is not an overly hard number to get but what good does it do you? I like the 5-$500 accounts best. They grow much bigger and much faster and it makes me keep my slaes low the first few days and then few weeks, etc.. Those accounts often get 2 increases per month and huge ones.

If I sell on a large limit account, I need to operate the same exact way as the 5 account limits because if I sell fast, I get limited by paypal...

allot of my buyers dont pay...i need second chance offer :(
