Does eBay link accounts by their address?
 

If I were to get suspended, would my address also be blacklisted?
Will they know something's up if I make a new account for each purchase-and-return?

(P.S. Sorry if this was asked before, I couldn't find it on the forums if it was.)
(P.P.S. Does anyone have an estimate of the maximum number of claims eBay'll allow?)

Your address doesn't get 'blacklisted' as such. It may be a 'hot' address for a while.

I wouldn't use your same address unless you plan on buying only.

I see. So by "hot", do you mean they would keep an eye on purchases coming from there?

And I do plan to only buy and "return" with that address.

Usually if you setup a new buying account under the address (using stealth techniques, i.e. new user account etc.) you'll be fine.

Just take it easy to start with, stick to purchasing low value items etc.

You can still use the address, that's fine.
