Your eBay listing has been removed: Brand Name Misuse...new way of saying it?

I've never actually said anything similar to, "similar to xxxx product" or whatever. Is this just a new way of saying copyright violation? Or do they really think my listing my listing is misusing brand name, "like this xxxx product"
