question DHL

Is there a way to check if i have an incoming package with DHL?

The supplier never provided wrong tracking :smash:

Re: question DHL

Not that I'm aware of, other than the text message DHL sends when they accept a shipment.

Re: question DHL

YOu mean your supplier DID give you the wrong tracking? Get the right one from them then. =)

And no, no tracking no deal. Unless DHL calls you the day before they deliver.

Thanks guys.

Looks like I'll be applying for a refund.

Weird, dealt with this supplier before, everything was fine. Never been scammed like this before buying overseas.

Re: question DHL

If you have text notifications on DHL will text you the estimated delivery date once they have one. And then another text when it is out for delivery.

At least in my experience

Re: question DHL

I doubt DHL would tell you about any incoming packages for security reasons. Especially given how people's packages get stolen from their porch when its left outside. Such service would make it so much easier as thieves will know what day to wait around, and where.

Re: question DHL

That's strange. I never had problems with that.
Just calling DHL and asking if I have anything coming just because of that same reason.
They ask you for name/post code/door number etc and say if there is anything coming...
I like DHL... Fedex & UPS is pain the ***

Have you spoken to them about the issue?

Re: question DHL

DHL texts me when the pickup with the tracking and estimated time arrival.

Why don't you email the supplier and ask? Or is that too obvious?

From OPs previous post, sounds like supplier added incorrect tracking and went AWOL.
