Anyone else's photos disappearing from the listing?

A lot of my listing photos have suddenly disappeared.

After speaking with ebay rep he said it was because of outdated data, however i presented him with a listing from April with the same issue.

Has taken me god knows how many man hours to take my own photos , and now he is "suggesting" the best thing for me to do is re take the photos, because i am not on ebay to sell items, he thinks i am on model mayhem.

I did notice lately on eBay.de as well. I don't think you need to do something about it though, it may be a glitch of the system...etc

Ive had this on some my accounts but I've just re-uploaded the pics again.

are you using templets? Buying on ebay I notice lots of missing pictures when people use templates.

It's a recent glitch, talked about alot on industry boards, nothing you can do but wait and cross your fingers.

I have 2800 listings with multiple variations, and the main photo shows up on the search , but not when you click through the listing, its not so straight forward, and very time consuming.

Hi its not the template photos, its the main ebay photos, i do use a template, however I do not put photos in them, as its too time consuming

I'm noticing that when I view my listings, the first photo (usually a high res, custom photo taken by me, of the item in the flesh) is being replaced with some dopey ass, low quality low res poo poo stock photo. Is this the bug OP is referring to? Is anyone else having this? This sucks!!! Any way to fix it?

Photos are not being replaced, they are not showing at all

I started noticing the same issue about a week ago. Luckily for me it was only on one listing. I reuploaded the listing photos three times before I got them to show up in the listing again. Then the next day the reuploaded photos were gone.

If it's relevant to anyone my encounter with this bug was on a Canadian account.
