I would recommend IPBurger. I use them for all my stealth accounts and have had no problems. Just purchase the Fresh IP, not any of the other options.

You should avoid a VPN. You want a dedicated proxy. Something that is fresh. By doing this you keep the same IP every time you log in, and do not risk getting a red-flag for using a bad IP.

I have no idea how eBay or PayPal works in Italy.... I would think you would need a Italian IP address... Or at least a surrounding country.

But like I said... I dont know much of anything about eb or pp outside of the US...

If you know how to use Linux you could find a Virtual Private Server in Italy and run your own VPN software to get a Italian IP if there are no good VPN providers in your area.

Okkk i have a Little confused. ...So i buy in ipburgher ip address fresh end dedicated for my end i use ever this ip address fresh for my accaunt stelth? ??? Its correct in this mode????? Because i use another ip address ebay sospended my account????

IPBurger has UK Proxies. Should be okay to use those I believe. You will want to use the IP you purchase EVERY time you log into the eBay account or PayPal account. I recommend you buy eBay Stealth if you have not already.

IPBurger and 24vc are professional services.

For Italian account you need to have an Italian IP.

Is switching your modem on and off not giving you a different IP? Thetering you cellphone is also a good option to get a different IP.
I use above methods since ever and never got a problem.

Do not overthink... keep your stealth simple.

Can use phone but do not use the ebay or paypal app just use the browser and clear cookies

but better if you make a new user account on pc

Not for eBay usage. It has public IPs, non personal, non fresh.

24vc is the best choice for Italian IP.

I have used ipburger for almost a year, their site seems to be down at least once a week, im in the habit now of always checking " whats my ip" just to make sure its my new one. I constantly send them emails saying " are you guys down again" - Do you have this problem?

Hello. There's no silver bullet really. You can go with IPBurger and maybe experiment with free ones first? I can name a dozen of those like Hola, Zenmate, Ivacy Lite, HSS, HMA among others. If they work out for you, maybe you can become their regular user. The right VPN for you would be the one that, well, works out for you. I did the same with them and right not I'm using Ivacy whenever I'm outside the USA. Oh and be sure to read up on whatever option you go for.

Anybody know a "proxy service" that offers fresh proxies? and that wont get you suspended on first listing? I follow all the same steps as I do on a REAL IP but get suspended on first listing...but on the REAL IP i dont get suspended at all...I know vpns and vps are good. but im honestly looking for a cheaper option I run over 50 stealths a month.

Your just not going to find a cheap way to get decent IPs. They cost money

Proxies are just going to lead to the same thing all the time I am afraid

^^^^ I have to disagree with that one... If a few people with a IPBurger VPN where to tell me who their ISP is... I give it a 90% chance I could have a cheap VPN using the same data center by the end of the month...

I already have VPN's at at least one of the same data centers 24vc uses (colocrossing) that only cost me 6-9$ a year.

You have to build you own VPN...

Learning about Linux, VPN software, Servers (KVM, OpenVZ, ESXi), and Data Centers should be high on the to do list...

Forget about VPN's.... If you knew the things you can do with parallel computing on a Amazon AWS if you had the skills.. Would blow your mind...

Start with Linux. If you dont have VMware... Get it... And spin up a instance of Linux to experiment with...

Probably 90% of all VPN's run on Linux...

I personally like CentOS 6 or 7 since its a enterprise grade OS.

No such thing as a GUI where you want to go. If your trying to learn Linux on a GUI your wasting your time. All the good stuff happens in a terminal on a command line.
