Can i create eBay, Paypal using Payoneer Card/Bank?
 

Hello,

I'm not American and in Egypt, we aren't allowed to use our Paypal Balance in any way even if you make a bank account in any bank here...

Is it allowed for me to use the Payoneer Card Bank of America bank account for Paypal without getting in trouble?

If I can't use it on current account, Can I use it on a new PayPal account and add the Payoneer card also will it allow withdrawals? and make that PayPal account with US Information without being limited? and also if they require verification like ID what would I do?

You cannot withdraw to a card, only to a bank account using a US PayPal

I am not sure if Payoneer bank account works these days in the US
