Why ebay suspension me, not other seller?
 

Hello! I sell staff on Ebay. Part of the staff that I sell are a 100% copy of the original with similar qualities, this staff sold by me have copyright protection. Respectively, I and my friends who selling similar staff were subjected to strikes or even blocking. However, there is one seller who has been operating since 2010 with the same staff and continues to sell it. No strikes. In this case, the item that strikes on my account, he is continue to sold (the item is same). I noticed that his store is decorated more "officially": all photos are protected by the store's logo, a beautiful background is made in the description of the goods. Can these nuances affect strikes? I have more the 500 feedback, he has more then 2000.

Perhaps his staff is genuine whereas your staff is counterfeit??

Thats your clue. Sellers who are more established are trusted. A new seller selling something risky aren't given the benefit of the doubt.

Why should not I do this? People who buy my goods they know what they are buying, the rest of the people in case of discontent I return the money.
