inkFrog help needed!

Just signed up with inkFrog. However when I am listing, it does not seem to keep my original font. Seems like their listing editor is outdated. Any solution? Am I missing something ?

How are you entering in your descriptions? Are you copy/pasting the formatted text or added formatted html. The latter would most likely keep your font but just pasting might show in the browser but not make it to eBay.
