Bought Stealth Acc, didn't change number, now cant verify without getting a call

Hi guys.

Bought eBay Stealth account everythings been good for a couple of weeks, but few days ago when i wanted to log in i got a message "please verify your phone number" And ofcourse i dont have it and i cant change it. eBay Stealth is USA and im from EU so i cant call them and add an EU number. The guy who sold the account is not responding with no solutions.
Can anyone help ?
