Should I but eBay Stealth guide?

I am not sure if I would be able to cash out using the stealth method. My main concern is where I would cash out is that explained? I live in small country in Europe and both PP and eBay supports are **** here. Also I am sick of PP that suspended my account with 1300$ on it.

cashout method is using your real bank account. Nothing stealth about getting your money.

There is no possibility to link bank account outside USA. I am newbie don't get me wrong...

if you are in Russia and want to use USA accounts, getting your money is getting much harder.

I'm honestly not sure if you as a Serbian citizen would benefit from a stealth guide subscription. It wouldn't hurt to learn about the stuff the guide discusses but I don't think a lot of the info in the guide would apply to you.

OP, better buy it.
About cashout method, you should be able to withdraw to debit cards. Am I wrong ?
