Hello, yesterday and today i just tried to call ebay but no one take the call. for hours the recording goes " please continue to hold for the next available agent" never happened this before to me and ebay cs was fast to me than paypal before. does anyone else facing this problem?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Tons of people have made threads like this recently. Seems like there was either a huge layoff at their call centers, or they are switching to another company to handle CS over the phone.
Like lmfao said, get them to call you back.

i am calling via skype and don't have call back option for that. just a few minutes ago an agent answered to the call. i think there are some major problems running such as site issues, update issue and many people are calling to complain.
i will try the call back option by direct dialing next time. thanks guys for your advice!

You can apply a Skype landline number for them to call back,

Just called in on one of my new accounts for the first time listing call. Was able to reach someone within 2 minutes of calling. He checked my accounts, asked the basic questions, let my limits at 50/2500, and we were done. The call was 4 minutes in total.

Yeah I noticed it also for the last 2 months already. Use to be a few seconds to get someone. Now you can be on hold for 40 minutes +. But I did ask them if they had some cut backs? They said no. Someone did mention on here about it. And it does confirm I was right. Ebay is going down hill!
