Question About Linking

If I make a new user to stealth on that user, can i shut my vpn off after and switch over to my main user on this pc and use it without the vpn? Or will I have to have VPN on at all times. Thanks!

Once you are off of the user account that the stealth account is on, you can turn the VPN off

Yes. I will be using 3 different users on my account, one for my main browsing and functions, one for using ebay, and another to use Paypal. Is this correct?

You only need one user account for eb and pp that are tied together - so if you have 3 eb/pp combos for example - you have 3 separate user accounts on your pc

If I buy an ebay account that has been aged for 90 days and a verified business paypal, can I instantly start selling 600-1k pcs?? or will i have to wait?

You should always start slowly on any account. Sudden changes in selling practices will get an account reviewed and suspended very quick.

You would need to make sure you discuss this with a seller too.
