Little update for new stealth accounts, whether you made it yourself or purchased it


As you know funds will put on hold by paypal for 21 days, following this ebay will start requesting paypal to hold funds and message will be ‘’ ebay have requested hold on your funds till xxx dates / days etc )

I listed 7-10 items, received 1st payment in my paypal account approx £ 10 gbp
Next one on hold by paypal, rest of them on hold by ebay / paypal

I used my first payment of £ 10 to buy online postage, that automatically adds proof of postage, so i suggest you sell 1st item for £10-£15 worth, next few items not more then £1 or £ 2 max for minimum of 21 days, the reason behind that is, you can use existing paypal balance from first sale to buy postage online, this will be plus point saving time and hassle of going to post office and adding tracking etc


So the sum is to save time, decrease risk of getting limited, and using your existing funds to mature your account

Quite often you will still get holds on the initial payment as well

It’s all down to luck of the draw

Yea sometimes paypal will limit every transaction even after the 90 day period the may limit random transactions. Even if your account is 5 yrs old random transactions will be limited just to keep you honest I am assuming.

I have a 10 year old account, nearing 6 figures in sales. Funds are still held randomly (very seldom) for <$100 amounts.
