I am missing something in the stealth process...
 

bought the book. --> yes, and still don't know how to get VIP status
read the book.
bought IP address
bought an ebay / PayPal account
read all the instructions with that
re-read the book.

I am missing one critical hand-off. With my new accounts, I have a phone number and VCC. At what point do I change or add a name (of business name) on the accounts, do I change the VCC or keep it, and when do I change the address?

I am assuming that I need local address (yes), bank (not an issue, have multiple bank accounts that I have never associated with eBay, PP), and new phone and cc, but that transition or hand-off from purchased info to new info is not clear.

DONT CHANGE ANYTHING!!!

When you are required by IRS law, upgrade to business and add your business name and EIN number.

Until then, dont change anything at all.

but, what about attaching bank? what about address and phone number? Got one of each from stealth provider, but they are not close. I assume I need to change those at some point sooner that you suggest name and EIN.
