Strange removal,shows pls relist.

So i've sold this item for 4-5 months without any issued but today was removed (medicinal item)

But in the same message from eb they say item removal was because
it was out of the original packaging.
''Kindly relist with the proper packaging''

I've had lot of items removed but none with this message.

Any ideas?
