Order cancellation rate. Is this normal?
 
So I calculated how many of my total orders have been cancelled based on buyer request and the result is 1.8%.

Is this normal? When does this rate become dangerous?

Hard to say, I think it's high, but I don't know your market.

There is a thread here about cancellation rate.

There is a difference between Buyer Requested Cancellation and other reasons such as Out of Stock.

Why are the buyers requesting to cancel? I would look at that and try and resolve the issue if it's a concern.
