Hey guys I wanna see how many of you think my mifi will NOT get my first listing suspended. I will be listing a book. Please comment now and goooooo

Mifi is a fine IP solution.
This assumes its never been used before with any account that has been suspended and that if that is the case you've logged all THE IPs used through it.
That being said - be sure to record all the IPs you use with it in case you wish to run other accounts on it in the future.
