I got a fresh VPN just now from ip burger. Set up the VPN. Created new user account on laptop. Logged into new user account and I have had to switch the ip back on by going to up burger and downloading the file again and importing it into viscosity. Is this OK to do? Will eBay be able to see any of this and think it's dodgy?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
No. Everyone has to do that. You have to download the file on the user account you want to use it on. Once you've downloaded the IP profile to viscosity then connect to it to start your ebay/PayPal stuff. I always check my IP first tho just to make sure its changed. Also may want to delete it on your old user account so you dont accidentally connect to it and mix cookies and IPs.

Thank you. I have connected to it on my other user account though as I was trying to work out how to use it. Does this matter? Also the ip address I have been assigned it miles away (probably over 100) from the address that want to use for eBay. I am in Wales and the ip is in England but it does say that if being used for stealth then as long as its in the same country it doesn't matter yet the stealth guide says it should be within 100 miles. Bit confused.

I'm in Houston and have 2 in Dallas and 1 in Vegas and haven't had any issues yet so the distance should be ok.
As for the other issue - logging in once on that IP I'm not sure. If you haven't used it on your stealth account you may want to just pay the $10 for an IP switch. I doubt once will hurt you but you never know. It's cheaper to switch the IP than it is to create a whole new account. See if anyone else chimes in on it.
Sorry, I haven't logged into Ebay on the new IP, just connected to it on my old user account where I used the old ebay account. i don't use it anymore as I am only able to buy. Thank you for your help re the distance
