How long to wait from setting up the ebay account until listing? Interested to see how long others have left it?

For the record, I am only selling low risk items, personalised invitations/cards etc and want to list about 100 items.

Should I set up the account and browse ebay a bit first? Maybe buy a few little items as im going to be using an address i have access to?

If you have created the account yourself and the items are low value and low risk, theres no harm in listing right away.

Just be sensible about it, you are a new account, paypal and ebay are risk adverse, so take your time and build the account slowly.

^^Agreed 100% with just_smile. I try to start building a low-risk selling history on new accounts ASAP.
