Buying

If I wanted to buy a few small items on my new stealth ebay account to build feedback and make the account look more authentic, how would I pay for these items through PayPal?

Set the shipping address on eBay to your address -> Pay with PP balance.

I buy all shipping supplies this way. Great way to spend balances on PP's with no bank.

NOTE : dropshipping is extremely common on eBay. You WILL NOT get linked by doing this.

I have access to the registered ebay address so that bit is okay. I dont have anything in paypal balance as it's a new one and I haven't sold anything as of yet. Can I add funds to paypal somehow without getting linked?

Sure. The safe way would be to sell a few items, or to pay with a card on eBay so you don't need a PP balance..

You could invoice another one of your PP's but that's extremely risky.
