Is this the new way to say a listing got taken down or removed?

Trying to view a listing that got taken down used to result in a white banner with blue edges or something similar, like in this picture:

Now I am trying to call a listing I have bookmarked few days ago gives me this:

Does this mean the listing was removed?

looks like they have disimproved their layout like they do from time to time. Also noticed that the log in screen has changed a bit.

Yes, the "We've looked everywhere" page just means the listing was removed.

On another note, it seems to be that eBay is being more aggresive in taking down listings even for seemingly minor things such as cropped pictures, or lack of a "perfect" description. They seem to be nit-picking some listings more than others.

yes the top picture is a removal by ebay. if the seller had removed it themselves the listing would still be their it would just have ended.
