I'm new to this forum and I hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions?

I am so excited to get started again and would greatly appreciate any help you can give! :)

I have been reading my stealth guide and was wondering if you recommend just purchasing an account vs trying to create one yourselves?

My fear is if I purchase one, then what if I manage to mess it up? I will try to follow all the rules, but it still gives me anxiety... :/

The next question I have is about vpn and a limited ebay account vs a stealth ebay account?

With my limited ebay account, I have not been banned from purchasing and was wondering if I could still use it even if I have my stealth account with a different ip address?

I hope these questions aren't too confusing! I greatly appreciate any help you can provide! :)

Welcome to the forums friend.
Id say open an account first to gain some experience. Follow the procedures described in the guide and learn how the various components involved in the process work.
You will likely start off with low limit which is fine. This will be a learning experience so set your expectations low and if you lose the accounts its no big deal.
And as long as you maintain COMPLETE separation you can use any number of accounts - its all laid out for you in the guide.
