Is there any way to bulk message reply or an automated way to reply to each incoming message on ebay? I'm using inkfrog and seems there no option to bulk message unread messages

Is there a way to reply with an automated message whenever someone sends a message?

Yes. If you have a store subscription you can use vacation settings to send an auto-reply to all messages. You wouldn't need to disable your listings.

how does store subscription work, the price will be added to my ebay invoice or do i connect it to my paypal account?

Does the cheapest plan have this option?

It's added into your monthly invoice so a store with decent sales volume won't notice much difference.

Vacation settings are available on all store plans, so the basic subscription would work fine.

Do you know if the buyer gets a vacation message every time they send me a message because i have a lot of buyers just keep sending me messages without reading. I want them to get the same reply every time they reply or is it just one vacation message per ebay user when they contact

I'm 99% sure the vacation reply gets sent to every message that comes in.

i see an out of office option for non ebay stores, does that work the same as vacation setting?

so actually you don't need a store subscription to send out an auto reply. out of office reply works fine and vacation setting doesn't send auto messages.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about. My bad. If you have a store subscription you have to go into "vacation settings" in order to set an "out of office message". It used to only be available to stores but I guess they've opened that option up to all sellers now, like they've done with a few other options that used to be reserved for only stores.

The only issue with this is if you're running multiple accounts, the fees will rack up.

One workaround would be to try and find an email provider that can send out auto replies. But with a catch, it cannot modify the subject line, and must reply to the email, not send out a new email altogether to the sender. If you do find one, you can set it up on all your accounts, and save a few bucks each month.

Now on the other hand, if a store offers other features that are worth the money, then go for it.

P.S. Only giving this advice as you mentioned you use inkfrog, so you'll get a lot of features already anyway, and I imagine you're already running a lot of accounts.

OP found out it's actually free now to use the "out of office" reply feature, Play. :)

The out of office or vacation features are great. The vacation feature doesn't seem worth it though, just based off the store subscription over multiple accounts would add up quickly.

I thought about your method but yeah i found out that the out of office was free.
