Hello!

I was looking for some help in establishing an eBay UK account. I am a US-based seller, but I would like to sell some UK items from a UK-based account. Any advice would be appreciated.

They are very similar to US accounts

No need for EIN for UK accounts but you do need to provide other things instead

You can use a UK or US bank account

You will need a UK IP for the account
