Can I use eBay?
 

Hey! So back 2 years ago my PP got limited and closed, and I stopped using. I tried to use eBay, but my debit card didn't work as it was the one with pay pal. However recently, I logged into my eBay and purchased an item, and it was with my new card, it worked. Is this safe? I'm thinking of creating a new PP account soon all legit, can I use it with my eBay?

Can you use it? Possibly - meaning that it could go down or it could be ok - nothing is 100% sure.

Only thing is it's not best way to rely on longterm operations especially since it isn't good stealth.

Your not going to just be able to add in a new PayPal to the old eBay. It would get linked to the old PayPal and you would risk limitation. You can use it as a buyers account though by just paying directly on eBay

You can go stealth though with a new eBay and a new PayPal and get back to selling :)

Make sure when you create new account you have new IP address, this is one of the biggest factors.

To answer your question, is it safe? Short term yes but it won't be long before it gets limited / suspended.
